1. General Information

We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. All orders placed on the TuneHub website are subject to the conditions stated in this delivery policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver orders throughout Romania.

If you wish to place an order outside of Romania, please contact us at contact@tunehub.ro to check the availability of international delivery.

3. Delivery Method and Time

We offer a single delivery option:

• National Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time between 1-2 business days from order processing.

Note: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and product availability. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is automatically calculated upon completion of the order based on the destination and weight of the products.

• National Standard Delivery: Fixed rate, calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping: Orders exceeding a certain value may benefit from free shipping, information clearly indicated upon completion of the order.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

• Order processing takes between 10-14 business days, depending on the availability of products in stock.

• In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the order will be processed immediately after telephone confirmation.

• After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the tracking number of the package.

6. Delays or Losses of Delivery

We make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, such as:

• Adverse weather conditions.

• Delays caused by courier companies.

• Busy periods.

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated period, please contact us at contact@tunehub.ro mentioning the order number.

7. Order Tracking

After shipping your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (AWB), which will allow you to check the delivery status online.

8. Delivery Problems and Failed Attempts

• If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, the courier will attempt a second delivery.

• If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us, and the delivery costs for re-shipment will be borne by the customer.

9. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged package or products are missing:

• Contact us immediately at contact@tunehub.ro mentioning the order number and attaching clear photos of the damaged products.

• Claims for damaged or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.

10. Delivery Restrictions

For certain bulky or heavy products, special delivery conditions may be required. In these cases, we will inform you before processing the order.
