Return Policy – ​​TuneHub

At TuneHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with the products purchased from our website. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, we assure you that the return process is simple and in accordance with Romanian legislation (GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights).

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

To exercise this right, please send us a clear written notification, by e-mail to contact@tunehub.ro or by completing the return form available on our website.

2. Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, without excessive signs of wear, knocks, scratches or other damage.

• The product must be in the original packaging, if possible, together with all accessories and documents received (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.).

• Returns are not accepted for products that show physical modifications, unauthorized interventions or traces of incorrect assembly.

3. Return costs

• The direct costs for returning the products are borne by the consumer.

• If the returned product is considered non-compliant or defective, TuneHub will bear the return costs.

4. Refund of payment

Once the returned product has been received and checked, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Note: If the product was returned incomplete or damaged, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the amount proportional to the depreciation of the product.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

According to the legislation in force, the following cannot be returned:

• Products customized according to the customer's specifications.

• Products that show signs of excessive use or damage.

• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, if the seal has been broken.

• Products that have been incorrectly assembled and have defects caused by improper installation.

6. Return process – Simple steps

1. Fill out the return form available on the website or contact us by e-mail at contact@tunehub.ro.

2. Pack the product in the original packaging and prepare it for shipping.

3. Send the product to:

4. After receiving and checking the product, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
